If it seems there is a rights issue when you don't think there should be (like on a StandAlone installation), try this on each of the 2 DynEd folders:

    1. Close all DynEd applications
    2. Close all DynEd folders
    3. Right-click on the DynEd folder
    4. Select Properties
    5. Click the Security tab
    6. Click the Edit button For each of the lines in the upper box (Group or user names)
    7. Click all of the Allow boxes in the lower box (Permissions for CREATOR OWNER)
    8. Click the "Apply" button
