Crash when launching the course

Check the QuickTime settings

• Go to Start->Settings->Control Panel
  
• Double-click on QuickTime
  
• Select the 'Advanced' tab (if there is one)
  
• Choose "Video Settings"
  
• Choose "Safe Mode (GDI Only)"
