Simultaneous Users

How are simultaneous users counted?

For Local Records installation, the number of simultaneous users is controlled by the Installation Code(s)

Installation Codes can be issued as follows:

• For an individual course
• For an individual course and the Placement Test (PT)
• Dynamic Classics: AIW, RTW, RH, CC
• BEAS = Business Series: NDE, DBE, FIB, TLS, EBTN, PT, ST
• SEAS = K-8 Series: LG, FE, EFS, PT, DK
• AEAS = DynEd Adult Series: NDE, DBE, FIB, TLS, EBTN, CSW, AL, TM, PT, ST
• DK12 = K-12 Series: LG, FE, EFS, NDE, PT, DK
• DMSS = Middle School Series: FE, EFS, PT
• HSAS = High School Series: FE, EFS, NDE, TLS, EBTN, PT
• DEAS = DynEd Series: NDE, DBE, FIB, TLS, EBTN, LG, FE, EFS, AIW, RTW, RH, CC, CSW, AL, HE, TM, PT, ST, DK

Examples:

1. Assume that you have one 5-user license of "First English" and one 5-user license of "Let's Go"
Up to 5 users can run FE and at the same time, up to 5 users can run LG.

2. Assume that you have a 5-user School Series license which includes LG, FE, EFS, and PT
Up to 5 users can run any of the courses in any combination
