Uptodate list is blank

When running the uptodate program I get a blank list

Please check the following If the uptodate list is blank when updating:

  1. Make sure you have internet access

  2. If you are using a Proxy :
    Open the RECORDS.INI file in the DynEd directory
    Look for these two lines:
    useproxy=n
    proxyipaddress=0.0.0.0

  3. Change them like this:
    useproxy=y
    proxyipaddress=auto

  4. Save and close the file.

  5. If you are using Norton Internet Security check your settings.

  6. Download the uptodate program.
