Path Manager scenarios

This is the scenario:
- You have students in a class with the Path Manager turned OFF
- Some students have taken the PT and some have not
- Some students have studied other courses and some have not
- You edit the class and turn the Path Manager ON

Case 1) But you turn the Placement Manager OFF
- Students will only be able to study what was unlocked from before
- If the teacher wants to change what the student can study, see "Unlock Options" (below).

Case 2) And you leave the Placement Manager ON
A) If the student has studied less than 1 hour and the student had already taken the PT
- the student's study path will be set to the Placement Level of that PT.
B) If the student has studied less than 1 hour and the student had not yet taken the PT
- the the student will be asked to take the PT
C) The student has studied more than 1 hour:
- The student will be not be asked to take the PT and will be able to study what was unlocked from before
- If the teacher wants to change what the student can study, see "Unlock Options" (below).

Unlock Options:
- The teacher can do one of the following if they want to change what the student can study:
A) Edit the student and unlock lessons by hand
B) Use "Options->Force Student to take the Placement Test" to have them retake the PT and reset their study path
C) Edit the student and use "Set Placement Level" to set the study path to a particular level
- Make sure that the course is set to "All Courses"
- If the option does not appear, then hold down the CTRL key while clicking the EDIT button
