Technical Support

A Study Score (SS) is a measure of how well and how often a student is using a particular course. It is based on study frequency, study activities, test scores, and comprehension as well as negative study patterns, such as inappropriate use of text support when developing listening comprehension.

  • By using the Tutor button, both the teacher and the student can see the items (both positive and negative) that determine the SS value.
  • On the list-of-students screen, negative study scores will show in red, and positive study scores will show in black.
