Setting Expiration Dates and Deactivating Students within a Class' in Student Information

This feature is only appropriate for Internet Records installations (not Local Records installations)

Highlight a student and click Edit. On the student-edit screen you can do the following:

Set an expiration date beyond which the student cannot study
Deactivate the student

Note: A student who has been deactivated or whose study has expired will not be billed starting the next month.
