DynEd applications automatically localizes the menus based on the operating system of the computer where you are using. You can add a line at the end of the file "records.ini" to have your system show menus in a different language. There are two user groups for which it is useful to do this additional step:
1) People who have an Operating System in a foreign language who want to see all the menus in English: - Anyone can add options from Group 1 to switch your system to English.
2) People who have an Operating System in English who wish to see the menus in a different language: - You can add the options in the Group 2 for other languages. - If you add the options of Group 3, will likely see strange characters because these languages use a double-byte system.
